It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Corporation has not initiated any demolition proceeding in respect of the unauthorised construction. The Corporation, per contra, submits that a demolition proceeding has already been initiated against the alleged unauthorised construction. A self demolition notice has also been issued against respondent no. 6. The Corporation shall fix a date for demolition with police help shortly. In that view of the matter, there cannot be any 2 reason to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, WPA 18062 of 2024 is disposed of.
