Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration. 2. Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar, Piler Mandal, dated 24.12.2024. Copy of the Written Instruction is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. Relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: “The writ petitioner have no manner of right over the prime Government waste Gayalu land in Sy.No.673/3 of Bodumalluvaripalle village. I submit that the respondent authorities will follow the due procedure of the law as per AP Land Encroachment Act, 1905 if any encroachment in the subject land. The Google Map is herewith enclosed for kind perusal.” 4. The above extract would indicate that the Official Respondents would follow the due process of law. 5. Having considered the above extract, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, with a direction to the Respondent Authorities to follow the due process of law, if any coercive steps are sought to be initiated against the Writ Petitioner in future. 3 6.With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
