JUDGMENT: (per Challa Gunaranjan, J.)
The present appeal is filed by husband aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 24.08.2007, passed in H.M.O.P.No.170 of 2004 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore, whereby the petition filed by him under Section 13(1)(ia) & (iii) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking dissolution of the marriage, was dismissed.

2. There is no representation either for the appellant or for the respondent.
3. It indicates that the parties are not interested in pursuing the appeal.
4. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
