The prayer made in the instant petition for a direction to the respondent-Authorities to pay compensation to the petitioner for having illegally occupied Araji No. 190 belonging to the petitioner and to decide his representation dated 07.09.2024 in terms of Government Order dated 12 May 2016. 2. It is not disputed that earlier the petitioner has approached this Court for direction to the Competent Authority/Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition), Etawah to determine and pay compensation to him for the same land. The said petition bearing Writ-C No. 5530 of 2023 was disposed of by Coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 17.04.2023 with direction to respondent No. 3 therein i.e. Competent Authority to decide the representation of the petitioner by a speaking order within eight weeks. 3. As the submission of the petitioner is that the said order has not been complied with by the respondents so far, therefore, we are of the opinion that it shall be open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the respondents for non compliance of the said order and, if so advised, file contempt application. 4. At this stage, we find no good ground to entertain a second petition on almost same cause of action. 5. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty as aforesaid.
