Although, in this matter, arguments were heard and judgment was reserved, however, while dictating judgment, it has been found that in compliance of order dated 16.10.2023, passed by the learned trial Court, the police of SV&ACB, Mandi has registered a case, bearing FIR No.3/2025, dated 15.09.2025. 2.
