Kunda, District Udham Singh Nagar, wherein, the present applicant and one another Savita, the second wife of the deceased, were implicated for the offence punishable under Section 103(1) of BNS, 2023. On completion of investigation, the chargesheet has been filed. There is a recovery on the pointing of the present applicant. 4. Now, while rejecting the instant bail application after arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the instant bail application. 5.
