Heard learned Advocate appearing for the applicant. 2. Applicants seek condonation of delay of 936 days caused in filing appeal. 3. Perusal of reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 4 to 6 of the application, it appears that due to financial difficulties applicants could not approach this Court within prescribed period of limitation. Further considering the fact that applicants are litigating for getting just compensation towards acquired land. A case is made out to condone delay. In the result following order : ORDER (i) The application stands allowed. (ii) Delay of 936 days caused in filing appeal is condoned subject to condition that applicant shall file undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar, (Judicial) of this Court that he would not claim interest for the statutory period on enhanced amount of compensation in 2 61ca182.25 case his appeal seeking enhancement is allowed by this Court.
