When the writ petition came up for consideration on 10.02.2023, this Court had directed the 5th respondent to afford protection to the life of the petitioner, for a perid of one month from the threats being caused by the 6th respondent. 4. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent. 5. On a reading of the materials on record it is evident that there are matrimonial disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. In the aforesaid circumstances, I am of the view that a quietus can be given to the writ petition, by permitting the petitioner to approach the 4th respondent if
