Ltd., not to construct Tower 19(T) and to demolish the semi constructed structure of the said Tower raised by respondent No. 3 in violation of order dated 12.06.2023 passed by respondent No. 2, i.e. NOIDA. 2. Sri Rohan Gupta, has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3. A short counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the said respondent annexing therewith an order passed by the State Government in Revision under Section 41(3) of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, by the petitioner, challenging the order of respondent No. 2 dated 12.06.2023. The State Government has allowed the revision and has set aside the order dated 12.06.2023. 3. In view of the above, the very basis of filing the instant petition does not survive. 4.
