This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant- Asif, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 0034 of 2021, under Section 147, 148,149, 302, 506 I.P.C. & Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Haldaur, District Bijnore. 3. Office has placed before the Court a report of the trial court perusal of which goes to show that the entire prosecution evidence has been completed and the matter is fixed for recording of statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the mater is at the verge of conclusion, appropriate orders be passed for its expeditious disposal. 5. Learned counsel for the State submits that since the trial in the present matter is nearing completion, appropriate orders be passed for its expeditious disposal and the same be completed in a time bound manner. 6. Perused the records. 7. The trial is at the fag end. In the fitness of things, it would be appropriate that the trial court be directed to conclude the trial at the earliest without granting any undue adjournment to either of the parties subject to any legal impediment as expeditiously as possible. 8. It is accordingly ordered as such. The prayer for bail application is rejected with the aforesaid directions and observation. 9. Pending application (s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
