However, after filing a contempt petition bearing No.486/2019 whereby the respondents were bound to release the outstanding amount to the petitioner therein. Consecutively, the respondents issued a cheque dated 02.08.2021 with amount as Rs. 10,96,160/-. However, learned counsel has fairly conceded the fact that the said issue of actual amount and interest amount has travelled upto the Hon’ble Apex Court and is adjudicated.
