The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) : “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court, may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court, may kindly be pleased to issued a writ / or writs / order / or orders / to direct the respondents authorities, to proceed the matter for appointment of Aanganbadi Worker, at Aanganbadi Centre, Paraswani-2, Tahsil Palari, District Baloda Bazar Bhatapara, in view of order dated 01.09.2018, (Annexure P/1), issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Palari, District: Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara (C.G.), in the ends of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon'ble Court, deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Mr. Patel, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that applications were invited for appointment on the post of Aanganbadi worker at Aanganbadi Centre Paraswani-2,Tehsil Palari, District Baloda Bazar, Bhatapara. He would further submit that the petitioner and six other candidates submitted their application form and thereafter, merit list was prepared. He would contend that the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Palari, District Balodabazar cancelled the merit list vide order dated 01.09.2018 on the ground that it was wrongly prepared and directed the authorities to issue fresh merit list. He would submit that name of the petitioner was in the merit list but till date, no action has been taken for preparation of fresh merit list pursuant to order dated 01.09.2018. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Agrawal, learned Panel Lawyer appearing 3 for State/respondents would oppose the submissions made by Mr. Patel. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the record. 5. Considering the order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Palari dated 01.09.2018, it is apparent that earlier merit list of Aanganwadi worker was cancelled and a direction was issued to prepare fresh merit list. It appears that till date, order dated 01.09.2018 has not been complied with. 6. Therefore, without making any observation on the merits of the case, respondent No.3/Collector is directed to look into the matter and to take appropriate decision. The petitioner would be at liberty to make a fresh representation before respondent No.6/Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Palari, District Baloda Bazar within a period of 30 days and in turn, the authority concerned is directed to decide it within a further period of 90 days, if already not complied with. 7.
