JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 11.06.2026 Mr. Robiul Hoque, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instruction, submits that as a new cause of action has arisen in the matter, therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous. He, however, prays for granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition as and when such an occasion arises. In view of the submission as made above by Mr. Hoque, learned counsel for the petitioner; the instant writ petition stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
