Shops and Establishment Act, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2012(WVMP 4332 OF 2012 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to vacate the interim order dated 27.10.2003 passed in WP MP No. 28218 of 2003 in WP No. 22568 of 2003 and dismiss the writ petition and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant leave for filing of the counter Affidavit in the instant WP.No.22568 of 2003 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. K RAJITHA 3 The Court made the following order: Sri Turaga Sai Surya, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has not been in contact with him for a long time and that he has no instructions to proceed with the matter. Since the matter pertains to the year 2003 and the petitioner has not been pursuing the case through his advocate, it shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, it can file appropriate application within a period of two (2) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
