Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record copy of an office letter dated nil, November, 2025 and on that basis submits that save & except the interest component, all other retiral benefits admissible to the petitioner have now been released in his favour. That the interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits shall also be released to the petitioner within six weeks, i.e. by or before 24.12.2025. 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 In view of above, the present execution petition to stand disposed of with hope and trust that the respondents shall abide by their assurance and will release the interest component to the petitioner by or before 24.12.2025. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
