This Court, vide order dated 20.02.2024, passed in MCRC No. 654 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Soeil Khan Alias Sohail Khan & Akbar Khan had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2025.07.11 16:41:25 +0530 2 accordance with law, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on two occasions also, this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 20.02.2024. 4. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Balod District - Balod (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 30.06.2025, has requested an extension of more time that the case has been fixed for statement of the accused. Arrest warrant was issued to present the accused on 30.06.2025, in which non- service has been received with the note that the accused were not found at their residence village Khairwa Jagir, police station Manawar district Dhara (MP). Arrest warrant has been issued against them through Nodal Officer Balod to ensure the presence of the accused on the next date 07.07.2025. There is a possibility of time for resolution of the case. 5. Therefore, it is requested to the Honorable Sir that time is required for proper resolution of the matter, hence please provide additional time. Hence, he prays for more time to conclude the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
