Both The petitioners have jointly filed this application under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 with prayer for quashing the FIR registered as Khonsa P.S. Case No. 19/2025 under Section 69 of BNS. 3. Learned Addl. PP Mr. Ete submits that a report has been forwarded by the I.O. of the case which clearly reveals that the Final Report has been submitted against the petitioner No. 1, namely, Lenga Ramwa. 4. In view of the submission of the Final Report by the I.O. of the case, this matter stands closed on having become infructuous. The copy of the Final Report is kept with the record marking as ‘X’.
