Nihalani versus State of Chhattisgarh Order Sheet 12.08.2025 Ms. Anu Mishra, Advocate on behalf of Mr. Mateen Siddiqui, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal, Panel Lawyer for the State. On the last date of hearing, i.e., 19.12.2024, the petitioner was granted six weeks’ time to file a proper Paper-Book in accordance with the High Court Rules. However, till date, the same has not been filed. At this stage, Ms. Mishra prays for some more time to comply with the order dated 19.12.2024. This matter pertains to the year 2017. Despite the order dated 19.12.2024, no compliance has been made so far by the counsel for the petitioner. Nadim In the interest of justice, two weeks’ further time is granted to Ms. Mishra to comply with the said order, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/- payable to the High Court Bar Library Fund. It is made clear that if the Paper-Book is not filed within the aforesaid period, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Bench.
