The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (M) Motiya O.P. P.S. Case No. 146 of 2025, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.12 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 22, 25, 27(A) & 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Godda. It was submitted that about 2.42 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and co-accused. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of small quantity. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Godda, in connection with Godda (M) Motiya O.P.
