From perusal of the cause title, it appears that the petitioner was approximately 60 years old on the date of institution of this writ petition, i.e., 04.09.2023. Consequently, it seems that the petitioner would have either already retired or is about to retire from service shortly. 2. The petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 24.08.2023, by which his services were attached to the Community Health Center, Gourela. However, the effect and operation of the said impugned order dated 24.08.2023 have been stayed vide order dated 11.10.2023. Due to the passage of time, the impugned order has become redundant. 3. Without delving into the merits, it appears that the impugned order has either become infructuous or the petitioner has already retired. Consequently, the petition is rendered infructuous. 4.
