Mr. Rajan Kahol, Additional Advocate General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan and Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocates General, for the applicants/respondents By way of instant application filed under Section 152 CPC read with Section 151 CPC, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant for modification of order dated 14.07.2025 passed in CWP No.285 of 2025, titled as Hara Dassi Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. It has been averred in the application that judgment passed in CWP No.2274 of 2021, titled as Satya Devi v. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. has been laid challenge by way of SLP (C) No.20496 of 2024 before Hon’ble Apex Court and Hon’ble Apex Court, vide order dated 24.03.2025, has stayed the same, as such, there was no occasion, if any, for this Court to issue direction to the respondents to confer benefit of Satya Devi (supra) and to permit and allow the petitioner to continue in service till she attains the age of 60 years. Learned counsel for the non-applicant fairly admits factum with regard to filing of SLP (C) as well as stay of the judgment passed by this Court in Satya Devi (supra). In view of the above, prayer made by the applicant for modification of order dated 14.07.2025 passed in CWP No.285 of 2025, titled as Hara Dassi Vs.
