GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Police 2 and 3 even though they are receipt of the Complaint from the petitioner given an acknowledgment dated 09-09-2021 kept quite even without conduct a preliminary enquiry nor registration of a F.I.R., as per the Judgment of Lalitha Kumari Case of Apex Court , keep on silence even without progress any thing all are Illegal, Unlawful , Violation of Principles of Narural Justice, Violation of Article 14,21 of the Constitutoin of India Consequently to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to Register the Complainat of petitoner dt. 9-9- 2021 through an F.I.R., as per the Law and Proceure in the interest of the justice.” 2.
