Case No. 223 of 2022 arising out of Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 123 of 2020 corresponding to Spt. G.R. Case No. 68 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 364, 302 both r/w 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla. 3. On 02.09.2020, at about 10:30 P.M., Devendra Singh was abducted by two persons. On the next day, his dead body was found. One of the accused was identified as Amit Oraon. 4. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused Amit Oraon. It was further submitted that similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla in connection with re S.T.
