The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1570 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 111(2) of B.N.S., Section 25(1-A)/25(7)/26/35 of the Arms Act, thereafter cognizance taken under Sections 111(2) & 317(3) of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-A), 25(7), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Smt. Tanvee, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribag. It was submitted that a pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody for about six months. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Tanvee, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribag, or her successor, in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1570 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
