Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J The petitioner seeks to assail an office order dated 20.11.2025 passed by an outsource agency-respondent No.4 transferring the petitioner vice respondent No.5. In terms of the said office order, the petitioner has been transferred from Development Block Drang, District Mandi to Development Block Bharmour, District Chamba, vide respondent No.5 on mutual consent basis. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that certain grounds, which are otherwise available to the petitioner, have inadvertently not been incorporated 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 in the petition, therefore, petitioner be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh, in accordance with law. 3 Granting such permission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
