Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Arki P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126(2)/103(1)/118(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 18.09.2024, the Informant was going to Bandgaon Bazar with her husband. When she reached near Boukama at Bandgaon-Arki Main Road, four- five unknown persons came there and blind folded the Informant. When she resisted, one of the accused stabbed her on her waist. It is further alleged that the accused persons also stabbed her husband to death. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioners has transpired in the confession of Kande Soy @ Joseph Soy, 5. Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned P.P in B.A. 807 of 2025, Mr. Vijoy Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P in B.A. 808 of 2025 and Mr. Shiv Shankar Kumar, learned 2. A.P.P in B.A. 829 of 2025 after going through the case diary, submitted that the name of the petitioners has come in the confession of co-accused. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Arki P.S.
