The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 166/2024 arising out of Jirwabari P.S. Case No. 01/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 182/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 & 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj. 3. On 05.01.2024, petitioner alongwith six named accused persons and 5-6 unknown persons are alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj in connection with S.T.
