The present revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to exercise its revisional jurisdiction and in RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 exercise thereof admit the petition, call for the records of the case from the court below, and after hearing the parties in the matter set aside the impugned order dated 23.09.2015 (Annexure P-1) in respect of the respondent no.2 and 3, and to reduce the maintenance amount granted to the respondent no.2 and 3 as per the demand made in their application or the Hon’ble may kindly be pleased to remand the matter back to the trial Court to reconsider the amount so granted to the respondent no.2 and 3 in the facts and circumstances of the case. ” 2. None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the applicant to press this revision when the case is called out. 3. It appears that the applicant has lost his interest to pursue this matter. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim order, if any, passed earlier shall stands vacated. 5. Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the concerned trial Court for necessary compliance and follow up action, if any.
