By way of this writ petition, petitioner is claiming interest on late payment of GPF amount. The petitioner has not disclosed that interest was paid till date of retirement as well as no provision has been brought on record that under what circumstances, interest on delayed payment could be invited. 3. The petitioner was retired on 30.06.2013 and his GPF amount was paid in the year 2015 which is less than 2 years and there is no averment in this writ petition that it was only due to default of respondents, therefore, no case is made out for payment of interest. 4.
