We humbly submit that the Petitioner/Accused herein convicted by both the lower courts U/Sec. 138 Nl had been Act., and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for fine of Rs.5000/- and in default Three months and to pay a simple imprisonment for one months. 3.
