1. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the State by placing a copy of order dated 17/12/2024 passed by the Collector, Sakti, annexed with their return, submits that the order under challenge in the writ petition has been cancelled, therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
2. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no grievance and the writ petition has now become infructuous.
