Heard Mr.S.P.Vijay Nivas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2, and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the third respondent. 3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that patta to the subject property has been granted in favour of the petitioner in Patta No.1117, there shall be a direction to 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.9356 of 2025 respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 03.01.2025 and to conduct a survey based on the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner and demarcate the boundaries. If there are any rival claimants, such survey can be conducted in their presence. If required, the third respondent shall provide police protection. This entire process shall be completed by the respondents 1 and 2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
