The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 164/2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1224/2017, for the offences registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 511 & 120(B) of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner was appointed as teacher at Upgraded Middle School, Fatehpur, Nirsa-2, Dhanbad. During the course of document verification, certificate of Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) of the petitioner was found to be forged. 4. It was submitted that petitioner has himself become victim of the circumstance. It was further submitted that petitioner did not join the duty. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as anticipatory bail by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad P.S.
