In compliance of the order of this Court, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instruction in the matter and the same has been placed before this Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof is also served upon learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court itself. As per the instruction, petitioner has obtained lesser marks to the last cut off category obtained as 180.09816. It has also come in the instruction that although the petitioner claimed to have scored 184.64 marks much more than the last cut off category but these are the original marks of the petitioner. After normalization her marks fell down and accordingly petitioner could not be placed in the select list. It is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the marks that has been obtained by her were prior to the normalization marks.
