Case No. 112 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 18, 21(A), 28 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Khunti. 3. On 18.05.2025, petitioner and co-accused persons were apprehended by Khunti Police near Datiya Government School. On search, 20 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. 5. Criminal antecedent report of the petitioner, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S.
