The counsel for the petitioner is absent. This Court vide order dated 22.01.2025 observed that inspite of notice was ordered to respondent No.2 in the month of July, 2024, PF not paid. However, in the ends of justice, again a week’s time was granted to furnish PF to issue notice to respondent No.2. 2. On perusal of the order sheet, it discloses that when the matter was listed before the Court for first time i.e., on 12.12.2023, the counsel for the petitioner was

absent and thereafter the matter was listed before the Court on 26.07.2024 and on the said date also the counsel for the petitioner was absent and this Court ordered to issue emergent notice to respondent No.2 and directed the learned High Court Government Pleader to take notice for respondent No.1 and again the matter was listed before the Court on 22.01.2025 and on that day also, time was given to furnish PF to issue notice to respondent No.2. Inspite of sufficient opportunity was given to the counsel for the petitioner, he has paid PF till date.
Hence, it discloses that after filing of this revision petition, the counsel has not taken any interest to prosecute the case diligently, thus, it appears that the counsel is not interested in the matter. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Sd/- (H.P.SANDESH) JUDGE
