Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 286 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kodema. 3. On 27.10.2024 at about 10:20 pm, motorcycle of the informant parked outside his house was stolen by unknown person. During the course of investigation, stolen motorcycle was recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2025. It was finally submitted that the present case is triable by a Judicial Magistrate. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kodema, in connection with Telaiya P.S.
