The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.17/2018 of PS Naraina for offence under Section 307/186/353/333/174A/34 IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act. 2. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he was driving the car with co-accused persons and on being stopped by a police party followed by the police official showing his identity card, the co- accused open fired at police party, thereby injuring one Sub Inspector, after which the accused/applicant sped away the car with others. The incident occurred in 2018 and the accused/applicant succeeded in evading arrest and was declared a Proclaimed Offender on 15.05.2024, after which he got arrested. As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. As further requested, the learned trial court shall make a formal request to the FSL to expedite their report so that the said Sub Inspector can be completely examined at the earliest.
