Cr.MP(M) No. 2491/ 2025 & Cr.MP No.5298/2025 The present applications have been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the revision petition and under Section 528 of BNSS for placing on record the copies of medicals records of the applicant/petitioner. 2. Heard. For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and delay of 223 days in filing the present revision petition, which in my considered view has sufficiently been explained, is hereby condoned. 3. As the main case is pending adjudication, it is ordered that the substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant- petitioner, vide judgment of conviction dated 15.06.2022 and order of sentence dated 23.06.2022 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalagarh, District Solan, H.P., and affirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nalagarh, District Solan, HP, vide judgment dated 29.04.2024, shall remain suspended till final disposal of the petition, however, subject to the applicant’s depositing 50% of the compensation amount before the learned trial Court and also furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial Court, within a period of eight weeks from today, undertaking therein to appear in the Court as and when directed and in the event of the dismissal of the petition, the applicant will surrender before the Court to undergo sentence, if any, imposed by the Court.
