Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:65028 Court No. - 4 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 3886 of 2025 Petitioner :- Dharam Dev Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Abu Sufiyan Azmi,Shiv Sagar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard Sri Shiv Sagar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter, which has been taken on record. A copy thereof has also been served upon learned counsel for the petitioner. As per the instructions the petitioner did not participate in the physical efficiency test which was conducted in the U.P. Police Constable (Civil Police) Direct Recruitment, 2023. In the considered view of the Court, in the event petitioner did not participate in the physical efficiency test, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Insofar as the petitioner claims that he could not participate in the physical efficiency test held on 27th February, 2025 on account of certain injuries suffered by him for which he was advised medical rest and that he communicated the said details to the authority concerned, I find that no such details have been brought on record as to what kind of injuries petitioner suffered for which he could not participate in the physical efficiency test inasmuch petitioner has approached this Court after the final declaration of result on 13th March, 2025. In the circumstances, I do not consider it appropriate to grant indulgence in the matter. Petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.
