Learned counsel for the State does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent No.5 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period. 3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case the petitioner is directed to move fresh representation along with copy of this order before the concerned authority within two weeks from today and the authority concerned in turn shall take a decision on the representation so made by the petitioner within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of fresh representation in accordance with law and applicable rules and circulars after verification of the service records of the petitioner. 4.
