Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 309(2) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 4. On 15.06.2025, at about 10:00 P.M., the informant was waylaid by three to four unknown persons near village Bagitand. The accused persons snatched away molten gold from them. 5. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R., nor they were put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It was finally submitted that one of the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court earlier. 6. Learned APPs have opposed the prayer for bail. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Koderma P.S.
