The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents- revenue authorities have forcefully entered into the petitioners’ premises under survey no.68/5 and have demolished certain structures. 2. At the time, when the writ petition was admitted, an interim order was passed on 14.10.2025. It is submitted by the counsel Mr. Gopala Binnu Kumar that a civil suit has been filed by his client being T.S.No.146/2024 in which an interim order has been obtained directing the parties not to change the nature and character of the property. 3. Mr. Gopala Binnu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his client is entitled to be awarded damages for the illegal demolition of structures on his property. 4. This Court is of the view that the petitioner may seek amendment of his pleadings in the Trial Court, if so permitted in law and claim appropriate damages as may be available to him in accordance with law. 2 5. In view of the injunction already passed by the Trial Court, the same may be taken into logical conclusion. 6. Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition. 7. WPA/465/2025 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
