HUDDAR ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE KRISHNA S DIXIT) The petitioner - Lokayuktha is knocking at the doors of Writ Court for assailing the State Administrative Tribunal's order dated 18.09.2020, whereby private respondent's Application No.3816/2020 having been favoured, the proceedings sought to be held against him have been voided because they are time-barred under Rule 214 (2)(b)(ii) of Karnataka Civil Service Rules. 2. Learned AGA, on request appearing for the first respondent, points out that the question involved in this case is no longer res integra inasmuch as, it has been completely answered by the Dharwad Bench of this Court in WP.No.104555/2022 between THE KARNATAKA LOKAYUKTHA V/S. SRI. MADHAVA RAO S/O KRISHNA RAO, disposed off on 04.09.2024. In the said case, the Co- - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16428-DB WP No. 25425 of 2023 ordinate Bench declined indulgence against the relief granted to the delinquent employee who had demitted office on attaining the age of superannuation, cause being hopelessly time-barred as has happened in this case.
