This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings initiated against the present petitioners in FIR No. 0313/2023 at City Kotwali, Raipur, dated 24.07.2023. 2. This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct proper investigation in the FIR bearing Crime no. 0311/2023 filed by the petitioners at Citi Kotwali, Raipur. 3. Any other order that this Hon’ble Court may think fit in the larger interest of justice.” 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submit as the charge sheet has already been filed by the Police before the competent Court, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 5. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law, if so advised.
