GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction declaring the action of Respondent No.3 in repeatedly issuing notices to the Petitioner, despite her having no connection or involvement in the dispute between the 4th and 5th Respondent, as arbitrary, illegal, and unconstitutional, and consequently restraining 2 Respondent No.3 from in any manner interfering with or disturbing the Petitioner.” 2. Heard Sri Rambabu Devarapu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a woman and the police are calling her to the police station under the guise of a complaint which was presented by respondent No.4 against the petitioner relating to financial transaction. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the complaint which was presented by respondent No.4 is under enquiry that is why the petitioner was called to the police station and the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 5. Considering the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law in case of any crime registered against the petitioner to secure her presence before the Investigating Officer. There shall be no order as to costs.
