Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru and consequently quash the charge Sheet filed by the 1st respondent/ White Filed Police Station against the petitioner in Crime No.110/2024 for the offence punishable under Section 354(A) IPC, by allowing this Criminal Petition in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner-accused and learned counsel for 2nd respondent have filed a Joint Affidavit duly signed by the petitioner, 2nd respondent and their respective counsel and the same is taken on record. 3. Petitioner-accused and respondent No.2 are physically present before the Court and they admit the contents of the Joint Affidavit, which reads as under:- - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:854 CRL.P No. 11333 of 2024 ”I Ravi @ Ravish D Ningappa, S/o D.Ningappa, aged about 43 years, presently r/at No.84/1, 8th Cross, Lower Palace Orchard, Near Bangalore One Office, Vyalikaval, malleshwaram, Bengaluru City – 560 003 and Mandwi Bhushan, D/o Indra Bhusan Prasad, Major, r/at Lotus Grand Home PG for Girls, No.108, 3rd Cross, Prashanth Layout, Whitefield, Bengaluru – 560 068, do hereby solemnly affirm and jointly state on oath as follows:- 1. I, Mandwi Bhusan, D/o. Indra Bhusan Prasad, lodged the complaint against the petitioner before the 1st respondent White Field Police Station, Bengaluru. The respondent police registered the case against the petitioner in Crime No.110/2024 for the offences punishable U/sec. 354(A) of ipc. The respondent has filed a charged sheet for the above said offence. Now the case is registered in CC No.7516/2024. Now the case is pending before the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru. 2. We are the petitioners and respondent no.2 in the above case herein respectfully submits that after intervention of the elders, friends, well wishers and family members we have settled the dispute amicably, I, Mandwi Bhusan, D/o Indra Bhusan Prasad / respondent no.2 have not interested to continue the proceedings against the petitioner pending before the respective court. Hence I have no objection to quash the entire proceedings in CC No.7516/2024. 3. Therefore, we respectfully pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings in CC No.7516/2024 for the offences punishable U/sec. 354(A) - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:854 CRL.P No. 11333 of 2024 IPC, pending before the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru, by allowing this petition in the interest of justice and equity. In view of the aforesaid compromise entered into between the petitioner and 2nd respondent, the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.7516/2024 arising out of FIR in Crime No.110/2024 registered by the 1st respondent – police, pending on the file of Addl.CJM, Bangalore Rural District, Bangalore, are hereby quashed. 5.
