Mr. L.N.Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) in Government Primary School, Gangran, Education Block, Drang-I, District Mandi. Her case is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station and based with certain family and personal difficulty, she preferred representation on 15.10.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 seeking her transfer. However, aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided as yet. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
