02/ 15.10.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025, registered under sections 303(2)/317(2)(4)/3(5) of B.N.S., 26(1)(G)/41/42 of the Indian Forest Act (Bihar Amendment Act, 1989) and 27/29 of Wildlife Protection Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Koderma.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused and blue stone has been recovered from the house of one Lalan Singh. He further submits that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.5357 of 2025, A.B.A. No. 5757 of 2025 and A.B.A. No. 5800 of
2025. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that seeing the police party, the petitioner has fled away from the spot.

Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.5357 of 2025, A.B.A. No. 5757 of 2025 and A.B.A. No. 5800 of 2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Koderma, in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 110 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
