HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None. **** VIRINDER AGGARWAL
, J . (Oral) Today, the case has been called twice but no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. The case is pertaining to the year 1997. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
2. In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the appeal on the docket, indefinitely.
3. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
4. As a natural corollary, since the main case stands disposed of, all pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of, as no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping them pending.
